the collar can be worn with class when the respect is mutual but when the infamy commands the hand on the leash then the collar is an unhealthy humiliation. The problem lies in the prolonged submission of the pathology of corruption. Susanna used the moment of distraction to escape from her leash but the corruption to which she had offered herself remains imprinted on her, and this is the soul of our story.
